OHSWEKEN, Ont. (August 9, 2018) – Longtime and popular Ohsweken Speedway sponsor, Gale’s Auto Aftermarket, is excited to host a customer appreciation car show this Saturday, August 11. The event will take place at Gale’s Auto Aftermarket, located at 552 First Line, Hagersville, ON, from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
Gale’s Auto Aftermarket is one of Ohsweken’s most loyal and longstanding sponsors. Gale’s Auto Aftermarket was the longtime sponsor of the former Friday night Bomber division. This season, Gale’s Auto Aftermarket stepped up to be the sponsor of the Gale’s Auto Aftermarket Performer of the Week. The weekly award showcases one Ohsweken Speedway drivers who exhibits outstanding effort and performance during Friday Night Excitement events.
Returning this month for the second season in a row is “Gale’s Cash Blast” on Friday, August 24, which is also Gale’s Auto Aftermarket minor sports night. The night will once again Feature a $2,000 winner’s prize to the top finishing Thunder Stock driver with perfect attendance. The second driver across the finish line with perfect attendance will once again receive $750 while the third driver receives $500.
Gale’s initiated the first installment of “Gale’s Cash Blast” for the Thunder Stocks last August, which saw race winner Ryan Dinning pick up a $2,000 prize, runner-up Dave Bailey scored a bonus $750 and Ryan Beagle claimed a $500 bonus as the top three finishers with perfect Ohswkeen attendance, all courtesy of Gale’s Auto Aftermarket.
Ohsweken Speedway officials and Gale’s Auto Aftermarket are looking forward to this Saturday’s Customer Appreciation Car Show and hope to see many Ohsweken Speedway drivers, crewmembers and fans in attendance to support one of our long time sponsors.

Ohsweken Speedway returns to action on Friday, August 10 as Renway Energy presents Halloween in August and the Art Hill Memorial. All kids wearing costumes will receive free admission for the night. The HRW Automotive Mini Stocks will run their longest and richest race of the year with the 42-lap and $1000-to-win Art Hill Memorial. The Kool Kidz-Corr/Pak 360 Sprint Cars will return to action after a week off. The Strickland’s GMC Crate Sprint Cars will run double features as they start the night with their July 20 feature that was postponed due to rain. The Middleport Mechanical Thunder Stocks will also be in action. Race time is 7:30pm and adult admission is just $14 and children 12 and under are $3 or less. About Ohsweken Speedway: Founded in 1996, Ohsweken Speedway is a motorsports complex which includes a 3/8 (0.375) mile clay oval track. The facility is owned by the Styres family, and located in the village of Ohsweken, Ontario, Canada.
