SIX NATIONS SHOWDOWN JUST DAYS AWAY AT OHSWEKEN SPEEDWAY

Camping nearly sold out for NOS Energy Drink World of Outlaws double-header

July 15, 2026, OHSWEKEN, ON   – The highly anticipated Six Nations Showdown at Ohsweken Speedway presented by Federated Auto Parts is just days away. The NOS Energy Drink World of Outlaws double header Tuesday, July 21st and Wednesday, July 22nd, will be packed with action and historic highlights. Excitement is so high that camping is nearly sold out for the event, so act soon if you want to enjoy a few days away at the dirt track!

Championship points leader David Gravel leads the Outlaws into town, and the already impressive list of racers from across the globe will be complemented by numerous local standouts and a few racing legends.

“It’s hard to even know where to begin,” said Ohsweken Speedway General Manager Clinton Geoffrey. “Nascar superstar Christopher Bell will race the famed Donny Kreitz 69 car, and Daytona 500 champion Ryan Newman will make his World of Outlaws debut here at the Big O.

“Last year our racers showed they can compete with the Outlaws with Dylan Westbrook standing tall on the podium, so you can expect amazing competition over the two-day event.”

Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Nascar racer Stewart Friesen will compete with the Outlaws in a Glenn Styres Racing prepared car, and there’s been rumours of a few additional notable names making the trip to compete.

Each night has a different support division with a dirt late model open event running on Tuesday, and UMP Modifieds vs. Canadian Modifieds running on Wednesday.

“Fans will be delighted to know that Nascar legends and huge personalities Kenny Schrader and Kenny Wallace will be on hand to compete and meet our race fans,” said Geoffrey. “There’s never been such a huge celebrity draw in the speedway’s 30-year history.”

Notable local racers expected to strap in a 410 cubic inch engine and race against the outlaws include Westbrook along with the Turner brothers Cory and Ryan, DJ Christie, Darren Dryden, Quebec sprint car racing talent Jordan Poirier and others.

Ohsweken Speedway has a history of creating history. Racing icon Tony Stewart won his first World of Outlaws event at the Big O, and Friesen earned his one and only Outlaws win 11 years ago in front of an elated crowd.

Find out why famed World of Outlaws play-by-play announcer Johnny Gibson considers Ohsweken Speedway one of his top three favourite tracks.
